This dining hall provides 600 meals a day, cooked on site. The dining hall has an area with traditional cuisine, but also a fast food area. It is up to the consumers to choose what to eat. The working spaces communicate with each other. We ensured that the place respected the ‘go-forward principle’ (hygiene qualitative approach), which is essential to meet the hygiene standards.
